    Purchased music disappears


    I've purchased music with my Zune (now Xbox) pass over the past few years. However, even though I "bought" the right to download, my usage rights end over a period of time. Does that even make sense?

    No Audio with Netflix

    Same issue on the xbox one with Harman Kardon watching Netflix and voice disappears but background music stays until I turn off the receiver and turn it back on. This happens sporadically.

    You cannot transfer music to the Xbox with a USB stick. The only way is by Ripping a CD to the Xbox directly or purchasing via Zune/Xbox Music. It formatted your USB stick erasing all content which is why your MP#'s disappeared.

    Now all of my music has disappeared. I am an Xbox Music subscriber and NOTHING is showing up in my library either on the SD card or streaming. This is getting worse,this is not an attempt to bump my issue.

    Is this the standalone Xbox Music app that was released within the last couple days, or the built-in Music and Videos Hub?

    Either way, if you have an Xbox Music Pass and Cloud Collection enabled, I believe it's just verifying the synchronisation status of your tracks - in the cloud and on the phone. Does it disappear pretty quickly? If so, this is probably what it is.

    The comment about stuff disappearing off of your history after 1 year is blatantly false. I have been able to access my download history & re-download virtually everything I've purchased over the past 7 years (with a few rare exceptions, like certain music
    videos) on multiple occasions without any problems whatsoever.
