    I purchased 34 movies on Feb 21 from the store. Each said it would provide $5 credit by march 7, for a total $170, as part of an Oscar special.

    I have not received the credit. I talked to Microsoft support and they sent me here.

    Please help asap.. thank you

    I purchased 3 Xmen movies and was supposed to get 5000 credits for each movie. It has been 8 days and still no pending credits. Please advise.

    I perchased 3 Xmen movies that are on a rewards program that is supposed to give 5000 credits per movie. I made the perchase on thanks giving day and have no credits or pending credits. Please advise.

    Since that was not a Rewards program offer, Rewards support would not be able to assist. You may want to try posting in the Sales and Promotions forum for assistance.
