    If you're missing purchased TV and movies download the TV and Movie app. It's blue with the action Pic symbol, like what they snap in between scenes. You will find all of you're purchased movie and TV products their. I finally found this out after going through everything I could find on the net, Xbox, Microsoft, and everything else for 3 hours and trying to contact Microsoft, boooooo. They did not make it easy and I was about to give up but that's where it's at. I was so pissed off that I'd been ripped off. So I here ya go! I found all of my stuff, yeah!!!

    TV, Movies, and MyVIP?

    Hello Griffin11287,

    I see your confusion. Since we have a branch called "Microsoft Movies and TV" which is where you purchase movies and TV (https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/movies-and-tv), what that FAQ entry is saying
    is that "Season Passes from the Microsoft Movies and TV store" are not eligible for MyVIP. I can see how this could be read as "Microsoft Movies" and "TV Store Season Passes" are not eligible.

    You are correct that the season passes are not eligible, but movie purchases are fine. TV episodes that are not a Season Pass purchase will also work. We'll let our web team know about this feedback!

    Years ago you could log in online to watch movies you purchased. Now with movies anywhere that’s seems to be a solution but it’s also a problem. Why can’t I watch my purchases?

    Digital movies purchased form the Microsoft store are only streamed to your console, there is no download option so you require a connection to view them.

    On a Windows 10 PC you can use the Movies and TV app to download them for offline viewing.

    Thanks for reaching out! You should be able to find your movie under Movies & TV
    in the store. From the main dashboard go to Store > Movies & TV > My Movies & TV > Purchased. All your purchased movies, whether you own or renting them will show up there.

    Can't purchase movies and tv on Xbox one.

    Yes I am trying to purchase from the Movies & TV store on Xbox one and it won't let me buy any movies or tv shows. I can't even get to the purchase phase because when I click on the movie or tv show it won't even do anything, I can just keep clicking without
