Purchased minecraft, you took my money but gave me an error

I’m having the same issue, I bought all 10 dlc at once and it gave me a error, but still took my money.

I purchased a 10$ pack on warframe it took my money and never gave me my platinum what the hell iv waited 4days and still nothing what do I do

I was going to buy another game today - VF5 Final Showdown - but they might give me a Polish version of Minecraft and i'd be without legal recourse!

I attempted to purchase minecraft realms on my switch in December. Microsoft took my coins and said "It was unable to create the realm at this time" After coming back to it I saw the error was gone however my realm was not created and nor was my
money refunded to me. Trying to contact support was fruitless as they refused to reply. Where can I contact to have my money refunded to me?
