Purchased Minecraft Windows 10 Starter Collection for son, didn't receive 700 coins

I have a similar issue to the one noted in this
Microsoft Community post, which was addressed, but quite poorly.

I purchased Minecraft Windows 10 Starter Edition for PC for my son (I was logged into his account on the device as well as in the Microsoft Store). The purchase is supposed to include a variety of bonuses, including 700 Minecraft coins. The directions
for the purchase state "To redeem your Minecoin and content, you must log in to Minecraft with your Microsoft Account on the game home screen and visit in the in-game Store." I
assume that by the "In-Game Store" they mean the Marketplace in Minecraft. So, I went there and the downloadable content bonuses were all available there. However, there does not seem to be any way to claim
the 700 bonus coins. Quite disappointing for my son and for me.

Does anyone know how to actually claim these coins? Thanks in advance for your help and attention to this matter.

Update. I contacted Minecraft support and was able to get the coins put into his account the same day. If you have the same issue, you'll need to contact Minecraft support through their forums (https://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/support)
and provide screenshots after they reply to you. Annoying problem but a relatively easy fix.

we encourage you to give this a try.

If you have already tried this and have not received this content, then I would have to refer you to refer you to

Mojang Support as we here on the Xbox Forums lack the necessary tools to be able to issue you out that in-game currency.

Hello thank you for the advice

Finally I bought the Minecraft Starter Collection download. Now my son can play but the Aquatic Mode, it requires 830 coins and we only have 700

Any idea on how to get that? I guess the Acuatic Mode will be parte of the standard package

Are you sure you have purchased the correct version of Minecraft. The Xbox One version can also be bought from the Microsoft Store on Windows 10 too.
