Purchased Minecraft is no longer on my Microsoft account

Purchases made on a Microsoft account are forever tied to that Microsoft account. There is no transferring of items between accounts. The Minecraft purchase should be tied to the Microsoft account that was used to purchase it. If you have deleted that account and it has been more than 60 days, then you have lost whatever purchases were made with that account. If it is less than 60 days, you can undo the deletion of the Microsoft account and regain access to it's purchases.

The problem is that I can no longer find a Minecraft account with my Microsoft account, but I do have the purchase email,

maybe that will help to restore my Minecraft account?

I have the idea that I have been hacked and that they have changed my login username and password.

I also contacted Mojang, but they told me to go to Microsoft with this issue.

This is not a Nintendo Question. The Minecraft game is owned by Microsoft. Your own game tells you on the startup screen to Link your Microsoft Account in order to preserve purchases from the Marketplace. I did that. I had 4000+ Minecoins (digital currency
directly related to Minecraft) and texture packs in the marketplace inventory. When I created and linked the Microsoft account, my Minecoins and purchases are no longer there. So there has been some kind of disconnect between Minecraft and the Microsoft
account. The Marketplace for Minecraft is not called "Nintendo Marketplace".

Mojang accounts were migrated for a period of time with the aim of moving all players' Minecraft accounts under Microsoft accounts. This migration process involved transferring data and game information related to Mojang accounts to the new Microsoft account system. However, with the passage of time, the deadline for Minecraft account migration has ended and new Mojang account migration requests are no longer being accepted. In other words, you will no longer be able to log in to Minecraft using your old Mojang account. all players must access and log in to Minecraft through their Microsoft account. as a result of this change, any players who have not completed the account migration will no longer be able to continue to play with their original Mojang account.



In order to continue playing, you will need to log in to Minecraft with a Microsoft account, and if you don't already have a Microsoft account, you can easily create one and associate it with your Minecraft game. Note that the only way to purchase Minecraft is through a Microsoft account, so if you wish to repurchase or continue using Minecraft, it is recommended that you purchase and use a Microsoft account to play the game.

I know that I dont have any other microsoft account which can be having my minecraft account, and I created a new account with the same email that I found out was no longer an existing account, so now Im confused with what to do, for details, the night that I decided to hop on minecraft, I opened my launcher, and I was logged out, when I tried logging in, it gave me an error with xbox live, then I checked my microsoft account, my account was not there, checked the microsoft store, and my purchase of minecraft java and bedrock was gone, it was like I never bought the game, and thats when I created my microsoft account again and here we are now.
