    I purchased Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Ed through my Microsoft account. When I log in to my account I can see the purchase. I also see my own 2 devices listed, but not my granddaughter's new PC where I'm trying to load the program/game. I cannot
    find a way to add her computer to my Microsoft account. When I find the game and click on Install/Play it will not load on her computer. At one point it even says it is not compatible, but when I click on that no additional info shows up. It is a new, entry
    level, Dell gaming computer.

    I can find no way to reach a real person at Microsoft for help. My son & I have both worked on this for a very long time. It should not be hard!! I bought it & want to load it!!

    I have followed all of the steps you provided and it is still giving me the same error. Is there a way I can download the Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection separately, aka not via the Minecraft Launcher?
    When I click on INSTALL on the Minecraft for Windows 10 Starter Collection in the Microsoft Store, it does nothing.

    I am confused by your answer. I have never logged in to Xbox Live. I simply click on Minecraft icon on Windows 10 to start to play. The version is Minecraft Starter Edition for Windows 10.

    Sorry for taking so long to reply. I have searched Minecraft for Windows on the store and all it comes up with is "Minecraft for Windows Starter Collection" and "Minecraft for Windows + Launcher" I do not own the starter collection, as I am redirected to pay £25 pounds when I click on it, and the Minecraft for Windows + Launcher simply takes me to the launcher when i click play.

    Previously purchased Minecraft not showing in Microsoft Store

    I'm using freshly installed Windows 10, I reset the store and restarted, but this didn't change anything. Then I installed the Minecraft launcher, I logged in with my Microsoft account and it provided me the options for three versions with following buttons:

    Minecraft Java Edition / Play demo

    Minecraft For Windows / Install

    Minecraft Dungeons / Buy Now

    When I installed the Windows version the "Install" button turned to "Play", but when I launch the game it asks me to "Sign in" and then to "Unlock Full Game" by buying Starter or Master Collection.
