Purchased Minecraft: Dungeons Hero Edition on wrong account.

I've purchased the game using the same email that I've used for Minecraft.net. I was under the impression that the game would be installed through my Mojang account however I was too late to realize that these accounts are 2 separate things.

Silly mistake, I know.

The problem now is that the email I used for my Mojang account was the same that I used for my old Microsoft account that I no longer use for everyday purposes and for my current PC. Now I've purchased the game under the wrong account and can't install the
game on my current PC.

I want to know if it's possible to request a refund so I can re-purchase the game on my other account.

I just have the tax invoice option. When I click on Minecraft dungeons hero edition it says “Minecraft dungeons hero edition currently not available”. I do not have the install option.

The Hero - Edition of Minecraft dungeons isn't installing on my Microsoft store

when I install Hero - Edition it gives this error code: 0x803FB107

when I install Minecraft dungeons itself it gives this error code: 0x80073CF3

Microsoft please help me get Minecraft dungeons and please do the following verification.

I bought minecraft starter pack and minecraft dungeons hero edition when i bought my xbox one s and when i put in minecraft it said it was with game pass and not the CD and i didnt get my minecoins and also i bought minecraft dungeons hero editition entered
the code it said it was the hero edition but when i played it i got nothing and it was normal minecraft dungeons
