Hi, Last night I was talking to a 'Ambassador', about I problem that I had with Minecraft (but we don't need to know about that.) They said to delete Minecraft and reinstall it through Download History. I deleted it and reinstalled it but instead of
installing the full version its installed the trial version. Now I don't want to buy a game I have already purchased. Am I able to get to get it back or a refund?

Digital Download Issue

i'm having an issue with one of my games that I purchased digitally. I bought the full game back when it was released (Battlefield 1) and now when I went to launch the game it told me that I have the trial version of the game. I have sense
uninstalled the game to see if I could just re-install it to fix the issue. But even on the Microsoft Store it says that I own the trial version.

Trial version of Minecraft accidentally downloaded, now can't play the disc. HELP!!!

My son accidentally downloaded the trial version of Minecraft. We already have the disc, but now we can only play the trial version. We uninstalled it and tried reinstalling it, but it just reinstalled the trial version again. Any advice on how to play the
disc and get rid of the trial?

If you cannot download the full version of the game using the gamertag that you originally purchased it with then perhaps it was purchased using a different gamertag.

Log in to commerce.microsoft.com with all your gamertags and search the purchase history for your game. Once you've found the full game purchase that will be the tag that you need to redownload it from.

Any requests for billing though will need to be dealt with through phone support

i already contacted mojang support but they said they cant do anything about it and to contact microsoft instead. my only problem is that my minecraft account isnt linked to my microsoft right now, so when i try to play minecraft its telling me to buy the game which i have already done. (been playing for 3 years, migrated my account 1 year ago)

I followed your instructions. The skin packs are listed, but when I actually try to use the Doctor Who Volume 1 skins, they're all locked in Minecraft. I tried to uninstall them, but Xbox One ignores my uninstall requests.

I uninstalled Skin Pack 2 then installed again: the percentage indicator progressed from 0% to 100%, but at 100% Xbox One said "Installation stopped" due to some error. This is the same behavior I've seen for every other installation attempt for Skin Pack
