Purchased Legendary Edition, error code

Purchased the Legendary Edition last night. It was a very quick download.... I loaded it, takes me to a screen shot of the game, on the screen it tells me to press A to begin the download process and to wait for all said downloads to finish blah blah blah....
I do this and I get an error code 'Can't download this item. There is a problem with the download type.'

I originally thought it was due to the fact the game itself hadn't officially launched yet. So I left it alone. Today is launch day. Went back to the game and it's the same error code. So I went back to look to make sure it was for xbox 360. It's clearly
stated it's for xbox 360 not xbox one which means I didn't mess that up. I've tried deleting the files and re-downloading it. That didn't work. Also, I've taken into consideration the time difference..... still says the same error code. Still won't download.

Anyone else know what's going on?? Or did I just waste $79.99 on this game... that I don't even play.... but I did it for the resident teen of the house.

I have not received my download code for Ryse Legendary Edition

I purchased x box live through my xbox with the promotion to get a download code for Ryse Legendary Edition free but I am yet to receive this. When will i get this code in my messages?

 

xbox 360 error code 80070057

The Legendary Edition says it has down loaded. My account shows it in my games and as previously purchased but it gives me nothing but an error message and does not show in my storage area. Microsoft?

 

Exact same thing happened to me!!! So frustrating - go error code 80757 - hopefully xbox will fix this error and we can play (been waiting a long time)
