purchased Killer Instict complete collection but did not get all costumes

i bought killer instinct combo breaker add on, then i upgraded to complete collection hoping to get all the costumes and new character, but i only got the character but not costumes. have any body have this issue before?

Killer Instinct Complete Collection - Not Complete?

I Purchased the Killer Instinct Complete Collection a week ago, and it said I get all accessory's, skins, that were available in the Season 1 and 2 Ultra, Ultra Combo Packs, Combo Breaker packs etc...

but they are still locked, I have to use KI gold or level up xp to get them?? Also no Christmas Accessory's which were released in a Season 1 ultra pack.

When I purchased the Killer Instinct Complete Collection I thought it would contain the complete collection. it seems my collection is far from complete!

any help?

Killer Instinct Season 3 Ultimate Edition

I have purchased the ultimate edition for season 3 of killer instict . It gave me all character unlocks but i have not recieved the 18000 ki gold points to use in game. Xbox support said to contact you here so i can have this resolved.

It breaks my heart to see people ask things on this forum. You'll get the stray user that may have the same problem as you, but everyone is much better off just calling Microsoft/Xbox support directly. Microsoft basically *never* check anything on here,
and with this game the DLC/tiered packs have caused various problems since day one. It doesn't help that the store is an obtuse, bizarre nightmare maze.

So long story short; call support and they'll likely sort you out in a jiffy. It's always the best course of action with specific issues like this.

I have a copy of killer instict 1 for SNES in the basement but no SNES to play it on. That would be a nice trip down memory lane

Killer Instict was never a game I liked so couldn't care less if they're not releasing it. It does suck for its fans, though.
