Purchased Just Dance 2016 Gold; No code for unlimited access

Purchased Just Dance 2016 Gold that comes with 3 months of Unlimited Access from Xbox Live but never received a code for the access and it isn't unlocked when the game starts. Any ideas as to how to receive the bonus content?

last week on xbox live in hungary reduced the just dance 2016 gold edition. I purchased the just dance 2016 gold edition (attached the payment), but unilimited not subscribed.
You would give me 3 months free unlimited membership! Please send me a reedem code.

As you can see that in Hungary, a gold edition was in action.
compensation smoothly be able to request access to more than 3 months . I read English-language forums that the same mistake has existed since October 2015 , and you can not improve it ! this is outrageous.

Did you purchase the physical disc version of the game? If so, check inside the case, your code should be on a piece of card/paper. Look through all the paperwork and parts inside the case, it should be in the box with the game.

 

Nope, it wasn't a physical purchase, we downloaded it from the Xbox Store.

Thank you. I've contacted them and sent them proof of purchase (2 screenshots showing my receipt and the fact that it shows as purchased from the store). Still waiting to hear back from them.

 

Still haven't heard back from Ubisoft and the bonus content still isn't available in-game. Is it possible to get a refund on the difference between the Gold Edition and the Standard Edition?

It's been 4 days and I haven't heard anything from Ubisoft. They requested I send them proof of purchase, I did, and they stopped responding. So...cool. And by "cool," I mean "not cool."
