    Purchased Just cause 3 but DID NOT receive promotional Just cause 2 game via backwards ...


    Purchased Just Cause 3 on 6/2/16 and two weeks later I have still not received Just Cause 2 via backwards compatibility provided by a promotion here http://www.xbox.com/en-GB/games/just-cause-3.

    rather frustrated as the main reason I purchased this game was for Just cause 2 and didn't receive the game.

    Please would it be possible to extend Just Cause 2 for a day, I got gold yesterday but the whole day I was unable to download Just Cause 2 from either the Xbox or the Xbox store. Especially with backwards compatibility coming, please reply!

    It says I activated on March 2nd. Are you serious that I missed this by 1 day? Is there anything that can be done I buy a lot of games digitally through Xbox One.

    The promotion has ended on March 1st, 2016. If you purchased after that date, unfortunately you will not qualify for Just Cause 2. You can verify the date of purchase through our Microsoft Commerce page.
    Let us know which date you see the purchase was made on!
