    i purchased and downloaded just cause 3 month ago and even played the game for couple of weeks. now after some time i started the game it says

    "If you have a game disc, insert now. If you purchased this online, make sure you are signed in to Xbox Live. If you do not have the rights to play it, you will need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0x87de07d1)"

    I tried chatting with them and i can't even put my first name and last name in the box to start chat. also the call back is temporary unavailable. What should i do?

    Dark Souls Game Code Not Received

    As the title says, I pre-ordered Dark Souls 3 11 days ago and have yet to receive my code for Dark souls 1.

    I also purchased Just Cause 3 10 days ago and have not received my code for Just Cause 2.

    I appreciate your help in resolving this matter!

    Overwatch digital glitch

    I bought overwatch digitally online about 2 months ago and now that I go and try to play it it says I need the disc even though I purchased it online and says the following,"If you have a game disc,insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure your
    signed into Xbox live. If you don't have playing rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Xbox store." And I know i am signed in because I can play my other games. Please help

    Hello @Crypito, I hope everything is going well!

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support!

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here:

    After each step try to see if the issue is fixed!

    First, please select System > Settings > account > remove accounts and then select your account and select Remove to confirm.

    Then, hold down the power button for about 10 seconds, until the console shuts off, then unplug the power cord and wait for 2 to 3 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the Xbox.

    If the issue persists, please select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

    If the issue persists, please try to check you games in the order games history in this following website : Microsoft account | Home

    If you are still encountering the same issue, please select System > Settings > System > Console info > Select Reset console > Choose Reset and keep my games and apps.

    I also have the same issue with Elder Scrolls Online, I tried to reinstall it rather than what was suggested above but it's no longer in my games & Apps whatsoever & it won't let me reinstall from the store either ?
