purchased jigsaw puzzles disappeared

I "purchased" with gold about 80 MS jigsaw puzzles now when log in get only 10 of the ones purchased. what happened? where did they go now when log in and check puzzles available all the ones I already purchased are there except the 10 I already have.
I don't want tho have to purchase all of them again

Have you tried contacting MS about this issue? Others have had an issue with puzzles disappearing after an update and had their issues resolved after contacting MS.

You can purchase puzzle packs with the in game currency, have you purchased all the puzzle packs available?

There is a new jigsaw pack added every month.

Also have you tried the custom puzzle mode where you can create a jigsaw using one of your own photos?

It did not bring back nor show my purchased jigsaw puzzle packs.
