A while ago I bought something on my dads account because I did not have my own account and just recently I have got a new pc. The purchased item has turned up on my device but the application thinks it is just the trial version even though I have bought the whole game. I spoke to a the games support people, however they couldn't find the issue. I decided maybe you could help so my question is,

How do I get my new pc to recognize the game as the full version?

the game in question is Minecraft bedrock edition

If you made the purchase with your dad's account, then it is your dad's account that owns it. Not your account. You would have to sign in to the account that purchased the game to be able to play it.

Let's check the license for the game. Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and then check if you can see the order from there stated as "completed"?

If yes, I would appreciate it if you can let me know if the title is "Minecraft for Windows" or just "Minecraft".

If you purchase a new 500GB hard drive and transfer all items over then the items will be transferred as a fresh install. Fragmentation cannot be transferred from one drive to another.

Also, when purchasing a transfer cable please make sure that the cable is an official Xbox transfer cable. 3rd party cable are notorious for failure and Xbox does not warranty 3rd party items.

All items where purchased on this console. No licenses have been transferred as this is the original console that bought the items. Also ive tried the console online and offline and it states i do not own the licenses even though its my xbox and hdd which

Hi EricPaulZ,

Currently purchased Vbucks do not transfer to other platforms.

For example you can not use the Vbucks on PC if you purchased them on Xbox.

However, the in game items you spend your Vbucks on DO transfer.

Vbucks CAN NOT be transferred to any other platform than the one you purchased them on.
Vbucks earned from the Battlepass DO transfer.
Vbucks earned from Save the World DO transfer.
Items purchased with Vbucks DO transfer.

In a nut shell, Vbucks that you Purchase CAN NOT be transferred. Vbucks that you Earn CAN be transferred.
