purchased individual tracks for rocksmith 2014 on x360 and 1 is refusing to download

so as the title says...i purchased 4 individual songs for rocksmith 2014 on x360(europe if that needs saying) and one track is absolutely refusing to download....

to clarify i purchased them all within a minute or 2 from 1st to last...the particular track that wont download was purchased first...the next 3 all downloaded fine with no issues

ive been to the troubleshooting section and tried all steps multiple times to no avail(except locating said file and deleting incase its corrupt..reason being is its simply not there)

ive tried all day today to chat to support and no one has answered me...ive tweeted xboxsupport twice now(1st one over 2 hours ago)and had no response..ive also follwed and direct messaged them and still nothing....so outside of the troubleshooting(as ive
tried it all several times)what can be done to rectify this issue?i mean i spent £2.39 on this track and i cant even download the *** thing to use(dont suggest speedtests or anything along those lines...im hardwired and like i said..the others downloaded fine)

Downloaded two new songs for rocksmith and they aren't in the song list

Yes the songs will show in Rocksmith 2014, the good news is that for a small charge you can download the songs from Rocksmith as a pack to play in Rocksmith 2014, it was £6.75 here in the UK for that, absolute bargain.

 

Rocksmith 2014 sound issue

I have the digital version of Rocksmith 2014 on Xbox 1. I have the following setup - Optical Audio directly to my Yamaha RX-V373 receiver and HDMI directly to my LG tv. I have my Xbox one set up for Optical audio out and Bitstream format to DTS Digital Surround
and even Dolby Digital . Every time I launch Rocksmith 2014 my Xbox one settings revert back to Stereo Uncompressed from either setting. It only happens with Rocksmith 2014. I know this because I have launched many of my other games both Digital and Physical
copys and my Xbox 1 sound settings will stay the same. Is there a setting I'm missing in Rocksmith 2014? Is it possibly something with the Xbox 1? Any and all help appreciated.
