Purchased High Seas DLC for Trailmakers for Windows not installing from Xbox App

Please log out the Xbox app and then log back in, if this doesn't work please complete given below directions to reset the app in Windows 10.

Step 1: Open the Settings app. This can be done by clicking its icon in the Start menu or simultaneously pressing Windows logo + I.

Step 2: Click the Apps category icon and then click Apps & features to see all installed apps as well as classic desktop programs.

Step 3: Click on the app that you want to reset to see the Advanced options link. Click on the same (advanced options link).

Step 4: Finally, click the small Reset button. When you click the Reset button, you will find a small dialog box with “This will permanently delete the app’s data on this device, including your preferences and sign-in details.” Click the Reset button in the opened dialog box to reset the app.

Step 5: Once the Reset is done, you will see a check sign next to the Reset button. And restart the Pc

To start the installation use the installation button from the Microsoft store app that will take you to the Xbox app

So you are wanting to play sea of theives on your pc. Have you made sure you are logged into your account that purchased the game on xbox on your windows 10 xbox app?. I do believe that game in question is on the play anywhere side of things https://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-titles/sea-of-thieves-faq So
I suggest logging into the account that purchased the game on pc and going to games on the xbox app on windows 10 that section should have the game there in the install section, considering what this is saying here.

You can try the following steps to install Sea of Thieves on a different drive:

Create a symbolic link (also known as a "junctions") between the folder where Windows Store installs apps on the C drive, and a folder on the D drive. This tricks the Windows Store into thinking the app is installed on the C drive, when it's actually on the D drive.

Uninstall Sea of Thieves from the Windows Store, if it's already installed.

Open an elevated Command Prompt window (right-click the Start button and select "Command Prompt (Admin)").

Run the following command to create a symbolic link:

mklink /J "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.SeaOfThieves_1.0.29.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe" "D:\SeaOfThieves"

Close the Command Prompt window and open the Windows Store app.

Reinstall Sea of Thieves and it should install to the D drive, using the symbolic link created in step 4.

This should resolve your issue and allow you to install Sea of Thieves on the D drive.

Have you installed the DLC on the new xbox?

to make sure that it was installed go into My games & apps with the account that purchased the DLC and highlight the game hit the menu/start button on the controller and go down to manage game and that will show you any DLC that is owned by that profile
and if it is installed or not and will give you option to install from that screen.

Sea of Thieves is also on the Xbox Game Pass app on Windows as well, just in case you are bot getting the option to install the game on your computer via the microsoft store.
