Purchased Halo Wars 2 Bundle, no code for Halo Wars D.I.

Purchased Halo Wars 2 $80 bundle on 1-29-2017, with the understanding that Halo Wars 1 (D.I.) would be immediately accessible. It is not. Upon contacting customer support (after 4 days) was told a code was needed to access that bonus content, it could take
1-2 weeks to be provided that code, and many people were experiencing this same problem.

I understand that the team at Microsoft is doing their best, but find this completely unacceptable. Would not have purchased the more expensive version of this game title if I knew there was a waiting period, or knew so many other people have had similar
problems, and am considering canceling the entire transaction.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Still no key for Halo Wars D.E

I purchased Halo wars 2 bundle which included halo wars, Halo wars had a 7-10 waiting time but its gone past this deadline. Can you please provide me with a redeem code as i have purchased the game with the comment of 7-10 days arrival of the code. I purchased
it on the 28th December 2016.

 

Missing Halo Wars Definitive Edition

I purchased the halo wars 2 ultimate edition pre paid code. My bundle downloaded everything except halo wars de. Am also wondering how to solve this issue?
