Purchased Halo 5 REQ packs not showing up on Xbox

I just purchased the 3 new HCS REQ packs for Halo 5 from the Xbox store online.

But when I turned my Xbox on I couldn't find them. They weren't downloading, and they weren't in ready to install. And when I go to the store on my Xbox to look for them it still shows them full price, as if I never purchased them.

Is there a way to get them to download?

Halo 5 Req and Armor Packs for buying/playing Halo 5 early - never showed up!

The Halo 5 Warzon Req Packs are only included with the Digital Deluxe edition of the game. If you purchased the base Halo 5 game you wouldn't receive extra Req Packs.

 

Halo 5 Warzone Req Pack Never Worked

Purchased an Xbox One Halo 5 Bundle which came with the Halo 5 Warzone Req pack in December of 2015. This pack has never downloaded to the account. Contacted MS support (case ID #1362552706) and was told to post to the forums for help.

I realized that I was logged in to the incorrect gamer profile when I contacted MS support (should have been Macattackx3) so the case number is linked to the wrong gamer account ().

The game and the Req Pack code are on the Macattackx3 gamertag profile.

Hoping to get help resolving the Req pack not downloading. The Xbox was purchased last Christmas and my son just now told me that he never received the Req Packs.

Is there a workaround or some way to get these packs to work?

Try the Hard reset method just hold the power button for 10 seconds. If all else fails contact. Xbox support through phone, Twitter or have a live chat on Xbox.com.

 

Because REQ packs are a consumable they will always show as full price as if you did not purchase them. As for them not appearing, have you tried going to Halo 5 on your dashboard or My games and apps and pressing Menu then selecting manage game and checking
in there. If there is no luck then as GlitchxParadox said contact Xbox support via phone or Twitter or the live chat services.
