Purchased GTA5 from store using Gold Membership but game not installing!

hi

I purchased GTA 5 n Mortall Kombat from the store couple of days back. Though Mortal Kombat works fine, GTA5 is not installing and pops up a window which says " To complete the installation, insert the disk again". When I spoke to the ambassadors, they informed
me there is some issue with Xbox live. Kindly clarify the same and explain as to why after spending the money at your store, I'm not able use the game I have paid for. Atleast update the gamers regarding any issues, if there are any, and tell us when we can
expect the same being rectified so that we dont face such issues.

You are not able to purchase a gold subscription using funds from your Microsoft account. Gold membership can only be purchased using a credit card/Paypal or by purchasing a prepaid gold card in a retail store.

If you renewed your 12 month gold membership with a card purchased from a game store the awards do not apply to you. Sorry

Hey dude,

One thing to try would be to delete the game, give you a console a hard boot (hold the power button on the front down for 10seconds unitil the console turns off, wait a minute, then switch it back on), and then try downloading it again.

Give that a try and let us know how you go

Unfortunately currency cannot be used to purchase a gold membership. This is because a membership purchased on the console automatically sets up to auto renew unless you turn it off.

You can, however, use a membership card purchased at a gaming store or a credit card/paypal that is attached to your account to add membership time.
