Purchased GOW4 did not receive the collection of previous games

Hi Jacky. I believe that the deal containing all of the previous GoW games was only a
pre-order bonus. The game launched on October 11th, so if you purchased on the 17th you may not have been eligible.

This is what I found on Xbox Wire:

Finally, all pre-order customers will receive the entire Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One. This includes all four previous games – Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment –
and is available only as a limited time offer.

Xbox 360 Gears of War collection for use on Xbox One.It is also have it righr now.And my friend also receive the code.I don't know why?!!!

I bought Xbox One S 1TB console, as a retail boxed bundle with a card/code to download GoW4 included in the box

I contacted xbox support via twitter, inquiring about the xbox 360 legacy collection promotion that was running during the GOW4 release. I was informed that i should receive the download codes via a message over xbox live, within 30 days.

This was on 14/10/16. To date i still have received nothing, yet a friend who bought a physical copy of the game received the codes, on a card, inside the games case.

GOW4, halo5, master chief collection, hitman, splintercell, mass effect trilogy, mass effect 4

Going for collectibles & cog tags on insane? Not a good idea at all. GOW4 insane is very hard compared to other gears games lol. Best to do the insane run first & go for tags & collectibles on casual after. Goodluck.
