    Purchased gold membership but didn't get it?


    Today i bought membership online through xbox.com but didn't get it yet and also got messages on my phone that they have taken the money. Please help what should i do?

    I did not receive my points

    I purchased xbox live gold membership on March 2, 2018 but I didn't get the reward points I was supposed to get because of this purchase. What should I do?

    When you purchase a membership through the website it can take a while to populate your account. To speed this up head to your console's dashboard and scroll all the way to the right to Settings>System>Network and run a Connection Test with the account
    the item was purchased on. You will be signed out during the test and when you sign back in you should show as Gold.

    I purchased it almost 10 hours ago i still dont have it i tried the connection testing several times still dont have it..i went to my subscriptions on xbox.com they don't even show my transaction. only when i go to REMOVE PAYMENT OPTION there they show that
    i have used my card...and i also got message on my mobile that the money has been taken..

    did you try deleting profile and downloading it again this way you will get the most up to date version of your profile. if that does not work then you will have to contact support good luck.

    The question is did you had gold membership when you purchased the game? You can be charged only if you didn't have gold membership.

    Its a trial not a membership. You have to purchase gold membership to get all the benefits.

    Just lost 9.99 due to "Gold Exclusive Price" tag bug

    Not picking sides here but the post I just read stated he purchased gold. I didn't even look at the membership color. Maybe the system was just slow in recognizing the gold membership as far as relating it to the forums or maybe it was a simple bug somewhere.

    Sorry to hear it. However a Gold trial membership only offers some access to Gold features. In order to get full access you would need to purchase a full Gold membership for your gamertag
