    Purchased Gears of War 4 yesterday and only two redeem codes work...


    So I bought Gears of war 4 yesterday hoping that I would be able to download the four previous games as it says on the box as I'm new to the franchise. Gone to redeem the codes and only Gears of War 2 and judgement redeem. 1 and 3 says that I can't acquire
    them i my current language? I bought the game in the UK and have that as my language setting...

    Redeeming codes for old Gears games

    Just last night I received two messages from Xbox Live to my account with free codes to redeem for Gears of War 1, 2, 3 and Judgment because I purchased Gears 4. Have only been able to redeem the two for 2 and judgment, with the other two giving me an error
    message, something to do with language or region. How do I fix this so I can download Gears 1 and 3?

    Problem with Gears Of War 4 Ultimate Edition

    Hello,

    I bought the Xbox One special Pack with Gears of War 4 two weeks ago, so I was supposed to receive code to redeem all the previous Gears game, and 50 minutes ago, I received only two codes, one for Gears of War 1, and one for Gears of War 2. First problem
    is : only the first code works, and I'm downloading Gears of War 1 actually, second code is said to be "already used", but why? And where are the two other code for Gears 3 and Judgement?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hey rmxsantiago,

    When did you redeem the Gears of War 4 code? This promotion does not go by purchase date for physical bundles, but codes are sent 7-10 days after the digital code is redeemed on your account.

    If you only recently redeemed the Gears of War 4 game code, please check back with us if you don't receive your codes 10 days after that redemption date.

    Hey fxbanker,

    You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
    War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
    digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

    Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!

    If you purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox One or Windows 10 between April 25, 2016, and December 31, 2016, or if you redeem a code for the game as part of a console bundle before December 31, 2016, you'll receive the following Xbox 360 backward-compatible
    games:

    • Gears of War
    • Gears of War 2
    • Gears of War 3
    • Gears of War: Judgment

    These codes are only playable on Xbox 360 or Xbox One.

    gears of war ultimate edition no codes for other editions

    Hi, I did receive my 4 redeem codes, however the codes for the original gears of war and gears of war 3 did not work, and do not work until today, I always get the code Xbos-0X80150017.

    The codes for gears of war 2 and judgement did work though.

    The website you're linking to is actually for the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition promotion and not the actual promotion for Gears of War 4. You can find more info on that promotion

    HERE    . To clarify, only codes for the Backward Compatible titles are sent. There is no promotion that offers the Remastered Ultimate Edition currently.
