    I purchased game code from Amazon (official from Microsoft as seller) right here:

    It's called "Standard Edition" here, the same way as it called on official page of the game

    On this page:

    Gears of War 4 | Xbox

    You can check it closer to the bottom there were statement : "BASE GAME + XBOX 360 COLLECTION

    For a limited time, you’ll receive the complete Gears of War Xbox 360 collection, playable on Xbox One."

    And last time i contacted Microsoft CC they have told me that i need to contact with Amazon CC to get those codes.

    Well, Amazon told me the same thing basically, they saying that no codes on their side and i need to contact with MS CC )

    Cna someone help me with this issue.

    Gears 2 code

    I purchased Gears 4 Ultimate.. Got codes today for Gears 1,2,3, and Judgement. 3 of the codes worked fine...the code for Gears of War 2 says "This code has already been redeemed"

    i purchased the digital copy of gears of war 4 from the xbox store on the 3rd of November but have not yet received the codes for gears 1,2,3 and judgement. my gamer tag is creepierwarrior

    nope you get it from xbox but if you had read the rest of the MSG you would've found the answer without going thru phone support

    It comes in waves up to a month after

    And yes it is stated in the link you provided



    To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

    I think the Gears 1,2,3 and Judgement codes were in the Gears 4 game. I traded that game without openimg it so I guess I am out those codes.

    You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
    War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
    digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

    Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!
