reference numbers are useless on forums and is a security and personal risk to you as people can call support and when support asks the verifying questions they could possibly get your name etc

FYI they are sent out in waves and can take up to a month after you purchased the game

Just to clarify, did you not receive the code for the Gears of War 4 beta or for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition? If you did not receive a code for Gears of War: Ultimate Edition in the bundle box, you will need to reach out to the original purchase retailer
for further assistance. If you are referring to the Gears of War beta, those codes have not been sent out yet. Thanks in advance!

I purchased the UE on the release day and played the terrible multiplayer immediately yet I STILL haven't received my promised code for the gears beta. My friend chelseadagger82 did exactly the same as I did and nor has he.

I think it is an absolute disgrace that we are promised gears 4 beta access for a week longer than a general xbox live owner, yet here we are on Wednesday 20th and still we haven't had a single min of gameplay.

A total con, we will get 4 days at best longer and thats only if it turns up today, yet I expect it won't!

Please get our codes to us immediately as this is false advertising, I know people who only purchased the UE a few months ago yet they already have their codes.

This is already a shorter beta than the last gears so why ruin it for us?

If we were to be promised beta access from April 18th for UE owners, then the codes should have been received prior to that date for live play from the 18th, absolute disgrace, SORT THIS OUT AND GIVE US WHAT WE ARE OWED!!!!!!!

Gears of War:Ultimate Edition is a stand alone game. It is the remastered version of the first Gears of War game. It does not include the other 4 games. The other 4 games are the original 360 versions and were included in 2 different promotions. You would
receive codes for the 4 games if you either purchased and played Gears of War Ultimate by December 31, 2015 (the promotion you linked) or if you preordered Gears of War 4 (which would not include the Ultimate Edition).

You received a disc copy of Gears of War 4? If so, the codes should be located in the case if the bundle you purchased was specially marked. In order to receive the Gears of War 4 codes over Xbox Live, you would need to redeem a digital code for Gears of
War 4, or would have had to purchase digitally through the Xbox Store. If you did redeem a Gears of War 4 code for the
digital version, then Smwutches is correct that you will receive the codes within 30 days of the code redemption date.

Please let us know if it is not digital so we can further narrow this down!
