    If I buy a game on Xbox.com like dark souls and play it on my computer browser via the cloud without having an Xbox?

    No. Game Pass Ultimate is required for cloud gaming. Currently, it's not possible to just play purchased games through the cloud.

    You say that you have Game Pass. Do you have Game Pass Ultimate? Only accounts with subscriptions to Game Pass Ultimate can use cloud gaming. If you are gamesharing, only the account that purchased GPU can use cloud gaming.

    No. Cloud gaming will only work on the account that purchases Game Pass Ultimate.

    Why Cloud gaming wont let me play allowed games?

    Cloud gaming can only be played with an account that PURCHASED Game Pass Ultimate. If you are sharing GPU through the Home console feature, then you will not be able to play in the cloud. That is only for the accounts that actually paid for Game Pass Ultimate.

    There is Game Pass for consoles, Game Pass for PC, and Game Pass Ultimate which includes both console and PC Game Pass as well as cloud gaming. Did you purchase Game Pass for PC or Ultimate? If you just purchased Game Pass for console, then you wouldn't be able to use it on a PC.
