purchased games not available for download

Recently purchased Xbox one s. Traded in my Xbox 360 thinking my purchases would all be transferred to my new Xbox. Some titles did transfer but not all. Namely AC4 Black Flag which I was having a blast playing. The title shows up in my history but I can't
seem to download it.

Demo -vs- Full Game

Not all games are available as downloads (Games on Demand); I don't see that one as available. You're now seeing that you have "already purchased" (for free) the demo.

Error wrong rigion

There is no playback restriction on games purchased and downloaded.

For example, if you purchase and download a game in one country and then move to another country where the game isn’t available, you can still play the game that you downloaded. However, you would not be able to redownload the game
you purchased, as it would not be available for you to download in the Store.

Not every Xbox 360 game is backwards compatible for play on the Xbox One. Assassin's Creed Black Flag is not one of them. Here is the current list from Wikipedia: List of backward compatible games for Xbox One - Wikipedia

Remember that Microsoft (or any other digital store) tell you that you can download the game as many times you want... (until the game is not available)

Some games are not available to purchase right now, but if you purchase the game before you will be available to download again. (Until the game is not available)
