Purchased Games and Full Library not Showing

Hi there!

I have asked this question before about a game of mine not showing up in my library after I purchase it (on the 23 November). I received response and followed the necessary steps.

However, till this day the game is still not showing. Neither is my full library. What I then did was purchase a free game, just to check if the same might occur. Once I got it, it allowed me to check the installation process and that game did not show up either.

Also I tried to select any game to play it says "Getting your game ready", then after a few seconds it says, "Something went wrong."

I got a redeeming code for new game but now I am too afraid to insert that code, fearing that the same might happen. I am not sure what the problem is but assistance would be greatly appreciated. I've tried every single step but nothing is working. Is there something specific wrong with the xbox? Or could it perhaps be the network connection?

2. Check your network connection: Make sure that your Xbox is connected to the internet and that your network connection is stable. You can check your network connection by going to Settings > Network > Network settings on your Xbox.

3. Clear your Xbox cache: Clearing your Xbox cache can sometimes resolve issues with games not showing up in your library. To do this, press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, then select "Restart console". When the console restarts, press and hold the Bind button (located on the side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console) until you hear two beeps. This will clear your cache.

Yes, all three items that I purchase show up in that segment. I went to my full games library, to the exact directory that you listed, and neither of the games I purchased are showing up. They're also not in my queue to download.

Are you sure you purchased the game itself and not an expansion or add-on? Go to your Game Library and select "Full Games" from the list. Does it show up here at all?

If the content is not showing on your purchase history, there is no other way to prove you purchased the games.

No game is showing as owned by you? Or only a few ones?

Are you looking into your full library of games? Xbox button > My games & apps > See all > Full library > All owned games?
