    Purchased game will not let me download.


    Purchased a game as an Xmas gift on our Xbox1. Now we want to download the game but it keeps prompting us to repurchase. The transaction went through the day of purchase and no redemption code was given.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    PS tried contacting Xbox and it is a nightmare today.

    Cannot play with Xbox 360 friends

    I play in an Xbox one. The game will let me add friends who are playing the same version on an Xbox 360, but it will not let me play with them. I tried to download the compatibility pack. However, after I "purchased" it, it would not appear under ready

    I am recieving an error code 0x80004005 when I sign in. It gives me the problem code and tells me to use this if I need it?

    It's not in my download history. It came on the memory card I purchased and only let's me play with the memory card in my old Xbox. It is the full game and not the trial on the memory card.

    I've also tried the license transfer but it only let's me download the trial or purchase.
