    I purchased an xbox game pass ultimate today and accidentally got it for the wrong account. I was wondering what I would need to do to get it either cancelled or switched over to the proper account. Please help. Thank you.

    you can Refund It or you can share it by logging into the account its on then login to the one you want to use it on.

    A switch to another account is not possible. You could try to get a refund or use the gameshare feature by setting up the other account as home console..

    Two problems with this

    One it cant be switched to another account because its a one time.upgrade so if you had preexisting membership time.before then its NOT refundable for the preexisting time and you lose.that preexisting time.by default but you can try and claim.the refund
    but amy lost time from the preexisting time will.not.be returned

    2 aa people mentioned losing the.preexisting time will probably cost you more then the 2 dollar 2month upgrade cost especially if you had preexisting stacked time

    Meaning id just let it runs its .course and gameshare
