Hello!

I purchased Game Pass deal with Forza Games, and still no games after 10-11 days.

A friend of mine bought this deal 9-10 days ago and got the Forza 7 and Forza Horison 3 codes after 3-4 days.

Anyone else who jumped on this deal that got the game codes yet?

XBox game pass with Forza Motorsport 7 & Forza Horizon 3

Hi,

I purchased XBox Game Pass on september 14thin promotion for 1 year pass at 99,00€ including digital download of Forza Motorsport 7 and Forza Horizon 3, delivered via e-mail in about 7/10 days.

Digital codes didn't arrive, yet. Anybody else in this condition?

First, confirm that the purchase did go through. If you bought it digitally through the Xbox Store, you should have it in your purchase history. Sign into the
Account website, then go to Payments & billing -> Order History.

Thank you for the replies.

The 12 month Game Pass purchase charged me instantly on my account 13th September when the deal were went online, so it went through.

It's also listed in purchase history on account billing site.

Also.. Since 13 september, my Game Pass sub updated instantly to expire by end of september 2019 which is correct as i already paid monthly.

As the Microsoft Agent says. I can wait a few more days and see if i get any messages or not.

My last Message from Microsoft in a long time were FIFA 19 trial reminder on my EA Access sub.

Messaging center works on my account.

I use it on Xbox One, Windows 10 Xbox App and Android Xbox App.

I’m in the exact situation as you, same amount of days even and haven’t received codes yet. I had a chat with microsoft support yesterday and they actually sent me here.

Hopefully, we get a resolution soon.

I heard Xbox Support sends all people here with the same problem, because support can't help.

They say that only "mods" on this forum can fix the code problem.

Some at support doesen't even know this promotion exist, so you need to send link to official site as proof in the chat.

It's weird that noone? at Microsoft is able to help with a issue on a promotion going on right now.

Forums mods is sending people to phone/chat support, and those on support sends the people back to this forum.

Get the Best Deal of the Season for Xbox Game Pass and Forza Games - Xbox Wire

I owned physical versions of Forza 7 and Forza Horizon 3, and i sold them a week ago because i wanted them digitally instead as i'm tired of disc swapping.

I will get a refund on the 12 month sub if i don't get the promised Forza games in the promotion.

Getting disc-less/digital versions of these Forza games were the only reason why i subbed for 12 months.

If i get the codes, i will renew 12 month Game Pass again next year.

"You can begin playing games with Xbox Game Pass immediately and will receive codes to download Forza Horizon 3 and Forza Motorsport 7 via Xbox Message Center,
likely within 7-10 days, but no later than October 21, 2018."

So, this means it's something that could even take up to October 21st (Hopefully not your case) but just to keep the open mind that it does state that it could be longer than the 7-10 days.

Thank you for the reply. It's just annoying that others got codes as fast as after 3 days, but also because i gave away physical versions of the games as i wanted them digital instead.

I play both of the games weekly, and now i can't play them as i don't own them anymore.
