Purchased game on different console but not showing on new one.

Was the console purchased brand new or was it used? It sounds like someone may have used the console before you and did not remove all the contents. Their downloads would show on the console, but if they've set a different console as their Home console,
you will not have access to the games unless you purchase them.

I did try and go to the store using the browser on my PC (using my account where i redeemed them and where i have all the rest of the games) but it shows not purchased. It only shows purchased on my original XBOX One.

Is it possible that you had a different account back then and redeemed the game on that account.

If you first sign in with an account to a console, that console becomes that account's Home Console.

So since your old console is the Home Console of that old account, the games are shown there.

Then you (accidentally) created a new Microsoft Account, and used that. Since the game is shared to the old account's Home Console, you could install it on that console with all other accounts.

If it doesn't show up in your purchase history, I'd assume that you used the codes on a different account without knowing.

In that case, you should
contact the official support.

The only reason that it would be showing on one console and not the other console is if your were signed into a different account, especially when looking in the store and it is showing that you need to purchase it again.

Considering that your completed purchase shows the price in pounds, but the Xbox store is showing dollars, it would seem that these are from two different locations or accounts. Which location are you actually in and why don't the currencies match up in your two pictures? Did you purchase the game from a different region than the one your console is set to?

The COD:AW console did not come with the season pass. Only the game and some bonus content. Unless you bought the season pass separately you won't have it.

If you did purchase the season pass, it will be tied to the account that it was purchased with. So if, after factory resetting your console, you created a new account, or signed in with a different one, the purchases will not show.
