Purchased game not showing ownership

Kindly make sure that the game bundle is successfully purchased under the account that you're using, please follow the steps below:

"Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Payment & billing > Order History"

Once confirmed that it is purchased under the correct account, please remove and re-add your account and then try installing the games.

"REMOVE ACCOUNT​​​

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. ​​​

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. ​​​

4. When you're finished, select Close. ​​​

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences to add your Microsoft account to your Xbox console.​​​"

Having achievements for a game doesn't prove ownership of the game. The game is also on Game Pass so it can be played without purchasing. You'll want to check your transactions at http://account.microsoft.com to see if it shows the purchase on your account.

Achievements wouldn't prove ownership of a game. It's possible to play a game even though someone else bought it. You'd want to check through your transactions to see if it shows the purchases for those games on your account.

Were these digitally purchased games or were they games installed from disks? If they were originally installed from disks, then they still need to have the disks inserted to authenticate ownership. If they were digital purchases, do they show up in your accounts purchase history and what happens when you try to redownload them from that purchase history?

I am using the account that purchased it, but attempting to play it redirects to the store page.
