Purchased game not showing in store as purchased.

I purchased 4 Elements II Special Edition on June 26th 2013. Recently it began crashing while starting up. After the 5th or 6th time I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall it. However it was not in my Library and when I went to the game page it only gave
me the option to purchase it. I checked in the Purchased folder and it was there with a order number, but no way to download it. Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't had this issue but I have read on the known issues for game launches thread (see link at bottom) it sounds like they cover your issue, Here is what it says, Hopefully it helps

Known Issue: Users seeing a "Do you own this game or app when launching a recently purchased game.
Workaround: To make sure you own the game and did not run in to any issues with your payment instrument at the time it was attempted to be charged, head on over to

account.microsoft.com to ensure the game is marked as "Completed" in your order history. If not, you will need to purchase the game again because the initial purchase did not go through.

Sorry to hear it. Try launching the Store app and then click on the 3 dots ... in the upper right corner. Check your games list to see if it's listed there.
