    Purchased Game not showing in Download History?


    I just recently purchased Dark Souls from the Xbox On-Demand store. I, then, canceled the download so it goes to my history. I come back to it later on, but it doesn't show any sign of Dark Souls being purchased in the store, or my download history. Does
    anyone have a clue what to do???

    Check in your download history on the Xbox360. Go to settings - account - download history, scroll down to the game, and start the download. Also make sure you are logged in with the account that was used to purchase it. If it doesn't show in your download
    history, then you may have purchased the game on disc. If so, then you will have to either find the disc or purchase the game again to play it.

    Are you having this issue when you try to purchase the game, or download it? Is it showing in your Purchase History?

    Previously bought content no longer showing as bought or previously downloaded.

    Sorry to hear it. If the full game does not show up in your download history (Settings>Accounts>Download History on the Xbox 360) then perhaps it was originally purchased and downloaded using a different gamertag.

    You can check your past purchases at commerce.microsoft.com. That website shows all purchases made on your account since it was created.

    Once you confirm the purchase of the game, it should be added to your download history even if you don't complete the download, so you can redownload it at any time in the future for free.

    This will show you how to check your download history to make sure the games show there -
