    hi. So i bought this game, Mortal Kombat 11 Ultimate about a month ago, which i was able to play on the cloud. As you might know, this version of the game has the benefit of all the characters unlocked, among other things. I had unsubscribed game pass for a while but now that I am back I am not able to play the Ultimate version of the game any more. Has this version of the game been removed from the cloud, or is there some other reason?

    The only difference is that it also purchases the DLC with the main game. Those characters should be available to you once you start it.

    Having he same issue in Canada. No games are showing up as playable from on the cloud anymore.

    If you backed up your 360 data to a cloud save you can transfer that way. Although not all purchased digital games are playable on xb1 due to compatibility issues.

    What happens when microsoft no longer supports XBOX One?

    most likely a majority of the games will require the cloud so they will no longer be playable. its just like when a mmorpg is shut down.

    ms will most likely unlock the consoles so the games that dont require the cloud are playable without the check in. if not someone else will hack the xbox.

    all the media functionality will still be great.
