Purchased game invisible while on another console.

I hope this is the correct place to post this.

II purchased "This war of mine" two nights ago and it works when I play it in the purchased xbox. I then try to play it on the living room xbox on the profile I purchased it on and the xbox says I don't own it. As in it doesn't even show that I own
and the game and it requests I purchase it.



My main xbox the one I originally purchased the game one recognises I've bought it and allows me to play it. The main xbox also is using the new OS just in case that could be affecting anything as the other xbox isn't on the new OS.

I purchased the game Rayman Origins on Market Place last week, and now I'm visiting my parents in another city. My father also owns an Xbox, so I'm wondering if I can download the game in his console to play it here. When I go back to my home, will I be
able to play it on my console?

Yes, you can redownload it from your download history. On the dashboard, go to Settings then Account to reach your download history. It will still be accessible on the other console when you get home.

However, be aware that no one else will be able to access it on your parents console unless you are signed in as the game is licensed to both yourself and the first console it was downloaded to.

 

Are you using the same profile on the living room console as the one that bought the game?

Alternatively, is the living room console designated as the "Home Xbox" of the profile which owns the game? (In which case it does not matter which profile you are actively using.)

You need to satisfy at least one of these criteria in order for the game to play.
