    Purchased game credits and completed quests do not appear.


    Credito de jogos comprados e missões realizadas não aparecem.

    Mês passado realizei as missões do jogo ReCore (Compra do Jogo digital e as missões de realização) e os créditos não foram atualizados em minha conta.

    Também realizei a compra de Forza Horizon 3 digitalmente e parece que o Xbox Rewards não registra minhas compras para converter em pontos.

    Last month I completed the ReCore game missions and the credits were not updated in my account.

    I also made the purchase of the Forza Horizon 3 digitally and it seems that Xbox Rewards do not record my purchases to convert into points.

    October XBOX Quests not credited

    I completed all requirements for the October Xbox quests and have yet to receive any kind of credit or reward. I have not received any contact from Microsoft regarding completion of the quest is well. How do I go about receiving the credit that I should
    have earned?

    Pandemic rewards not updating my progress

    Hello Uriel2317,

    From the FAQ:

    When will I receive my Rewards Credits?



    After you have completed an action on the list, your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems will appear as pending within 96 hours.

    Since you only purchased your remaining titles on the 17th, they have not been processed yet.

    Did you purchase any other eligible games besides Recore? Recore was not enough on it's own to complete the RoboRewards offer since it didn't meet the price requirement on its own.

    There were no offers to receive credits for Forza last month. If you qualify for VIP rebates (you need at least 1 star level), it would be included in your rebate. Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.
    So it would be too early to see credit spending for November purchases.

    TONE DOWN THE DRAGONS!!

    Just dont start the main quest line by retrieving the stone from Bleak Falls Barrow. Dragons wont appear if you do not complete that quest. But, the game is rather boring if you dont.

    I like the fact there are more general quests as opposed to specific game quests.

    I also like it notifies you when you have completed a quest so if you complete one without knowing you can claim credit for it

    You Gotta Shoot 'Em in the Head Quest

    Yes, collecting either the T-51b armor that is part of the quest or getting the armor at the end of Operation Anchorage will result in this quest being marked as complete. That means that you can actually complete this quest without doing any of the work
    by just going to do the OA quest. I can't recall, but you may not even need to start the quest, you may be able to just go straight from the vault to the OA quest (yes, it can be completed at that low a level) and still get credit for You Gotta Shoot 'em
    in the Head.

    Game Pass Quest - June 2023: Assassin's Creed Origins (Gain 1 Player Level OR Avenge 1 Player) is not working.

    It appears to be broken for everyone, you'll just have to wait for a fix unfortunately
    Unfortunately, we do not have time to wait since this is a weekly quest that ends on June 13, 2023. This also has a cascading effect for monthly quests:

    - Complete 6 daily AND 4 weekly quests

    - Complete 12 daily AND 8 weekly quests

    - Complete 22 daily AND 12 weekly quests

    This is also a monetary issue since a user can exchange these points for items and services.
