Purchased game cannot be played

Purchased GTA V via xbox store - installed but cannot play as it's saying 'do you own this game or app?'

I have followed the instructions on http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-one/downloadable-content/insert-disc-purchase-digital

but it still doesn't work.

i have receipts via email for proof of purchase if that helps lol!

Any help on this would be great

I purchased Xbox Arcade Game. Can I play without going online for the Xbox 360??? (PLEASE say I don't have to go online to play)

For most games you can play offline as long as you're using the same console that you purchased it on. However, indie games cannot be played offline. So for that game you will have to be connected.

Mahjong cannot be played

For a long time (since a Windows 10 update middle of last year), Mahjong will not load behond the completion of sign in. The problem exists on multiple machines (with different video drivers). However, on a laptop connected to my network by wifi, I can play
the game OK with wifi off. This leads me to suspect that my data in the cloud is corrupted. As there is no way to wipe or peroperly refresh this data, I am stuck. Owver all this time no solution has been offered (other than standard update/reinstall makeweights).

It would be nice to get some actual suport after all this time.

I've had this issue before as well, usually what I do to fix this is log out before promptly logging back in and trying to launch the game again. If this does not fix your issue then I suggest doing a hard reset on your console.

1. Power down your console.

2. unplug it from the wall, then re-plug it back in after waiting 30 seconds.

3. Start it up and sign in.

If you are part of the preview program as I am, this seems to be a common bug that occurs with the beta update for the dashboard.

Some content is region locked and cannot be played in countries other than it was intended. The same goes for the console. It is possible the version you purchased in France cannot work on the version of the console you are playing on. You may need to
purchase a console in France to play the game.
