    Microsoft,

    I've purchased the Xbox game Tom Clancey's Rainbow 6 Seige game twice today by mistake when I only wanted to purchase one copy.

    I wanted to buy one copy for my son using Paypal. This transaction is complete and my son has received an email with the Gift Code.

    But I seem to have paid for another copy of the game by mistake by using my Mastercard.

    How can I get my money back for the game I purchased by mistake?
