    Purchased game by mistake how do I get a refund?


    I was browsing games in the Xbox live store , and I unfortunately purchased one that I did not want. All I wanted to see is a preview of my balance before purchase but It purchased it anyway. I have not downloaded the game yet. I would like to be refunded
    the funds to my Xbox live account a.s.ap. PLEASE HELP I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING. Just got this console and I love it already. Your help would be very appreciated.

    How would I get out to Xbox Support when it was them that made the mistake. I asked for the refund, then after realised that I wanted the game. So i asked them to stop the refund, they would still do the refund.

    That's crazy, 1 per year, I think as I live in Australia there are regulations providing support for purchasers to get their money back if you abide by certain guidelines.

    I believe that if you make a mistake, regardless how many refunds, you should be entitled for a refund, especially if you have not used that DLC or game.

    Crazy stuff.
