Purchased FH5 Car Pass but is not working

Not sure removing the Car Pass will create much space anyway...not sure if it changed for FH5 but the car pass cars on the previous games only took up 10mb each...so 34 cars would just about be 1/3 of a GB

First, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and make sure that it is showing from there as "completed". Once confirmed sign out on Xbox App and then sign back in.

If ever the same issue occurs this may be related the Xbox’s issue with recent purchases. According to Xbox Support we may need to request a refund and then re-purchase.

As noted already, unfortunately only the Standard Edition of FH5 is available on Game Pass.

You can always purchase the add-ons bundle if you access FH5 through Game Pass: Forza Horizon 5 Premium Add-Ons Bundle | Xbox or if you would prefer to own the game with the premium add-ons, then you would need to purchase the Premium Edition

You receive the Car Pass, the Welcome Pack, VIP Status and the Hot Wheels DLC releasing July 19th with the Premium add-on.

Wait, your saying if we buy the season pass, that we are only paying for the right to pay for the cars? If so, I'll be pissed cuz I purchased the season pass and got nothing from it yet, cant download any cars that I thought was included in the season pass.

Just to confirm, is the VIP Membership the DLC that you bought for your son? This is the only one with 3 cars (all Forza Edition) which are:

[1999] Ford Racing Puma

[1969] Dodge Charger R/T

[2011] BMW X5 M

If the above cars aren’t automatically added to the garage, you may need to go to the in-game Auction House and purchase the cars (for free) as explained here:

Refer to the Forza Horizon 5 VIP FAQ for more info where it highlights everything else included in this DLC, and there’s a troubleshooting guide at the end of the page.

Also, verify that the content is for FH5 and not the previous FH4, as the DLCs and add-ons (as well as game data/progress, etc) are only compatible in the game it was purchased for.
