    I purchased Fallout 4 Season pass, redeemed the pass but it doesn't show up on my account. I contacted Chat help and got no resolution. I need a refund or a new code to load into my account.

    Hey there DrearBracelet78.

    If you purchased the season pass it won't show up under the Manage Game list for Fallout 4. If you search for it in the Store does it show as installed? If it shows as installed you'll have access to Season Pass content when it's released.

    Odd to hear that you're not able to access your season pass content for Fallout 4. Is it possible you were signed in with a different account when the season pass was purchased? If you search for the season pass on your account does it give you the option
    to purchase it again?

    Since you've purchased the season pass, all you have to do is manage your Fallout 4 game and it should give you the option to install the DLC's.
