Purchased Fallout 4 GOTY on Black Friday, it's missing Season passcode

On Black Friday I purchase fallout 4 game of the year edition on Amazon via Box Games. When it came in it was sealed had the Microsoft sticker on it, looks brand new. When I opened it up and i didn't see the season pass code, only could find the fallout
3 redemption code. Contacted Amazon, they told me to contact the seller Box games, contacted them and they said that they're looking into it, and it took them 6 days tell me that I need contact Bethesda, and there's nothing that they can do. Contacted Bethesda
told them what's going on, they told me I need to contact the seller and basically told me that it's not their problem because I didn't buy it via them.

Hopefully Microsoft can help me in some shape or form because I'm getting the run-around

I have all the emails, documentations, invoices pictures of the game and even the sticker that came on the actual game itself. The only thing I don't have is the stupid shrink wrapping

That's why I kind of figure too, but I thought it's just a code that the retailer, game developer or game distributor could provide a code instead of me having to send game back wait 3 days, have them send it back, checkit over and make sure I got it the
correct item with a code.

All right back to the drawing board again

Unfortunately since it was purchased as a physical disc and not through Xbox, you would have to work with the retailer for an exchange.

Normally GOTY edition discs have the DLC on the disc itself and it would install with the rest of the game and not come on a code in game are you sure that it didnt download the DLC?

You can check by going into my games and apps highlighting the game hitting the menu/start button and going to manage game and it will tell you any DLC and addons that are installed or can be installed.

The only black friday deals I've seen so far were at walmart. $20 for kingdom hearts 3. $20 for fallout 4 goty. $27 for wwe 2k20. Everything else I already own like withcer 3 for $15 and resident evil 2 for $20.
