    I purchased Fallout 4 on September 15, 2015 (Order Number 567172081779927929). I am still waiting for a code for Fallout 3. You can send me a physical copy of the game, as well. Either/or, please correct this mistake.

    I digitally preordered Fallout 4 on September 18, 2015 and still have an email proving purchase. I received a message in my xbox messages containing the code for Fallout 3 which was part of the promotion. I was not in a hurry to redeem it as i wanted to
    wait for backwards compatibility. I went to redeem the code today but the entire message is just gone. Is there a way to have that same code resent?

    Promotion Details: The promotion was pre-order Fallout 4 and get a free copy of Fallout 3.

    Similar situation for me. Bought the Fallout 4 / Fallout 3 bundle in September '15 and have not received Fallout 3 code yet.

    Date of purchase: 11/22/2015

    Issue:

    “I have not received my Fallout 3 code after 10 calendar days.”

    When I put in the Fallout 3 code Fallout 3 was not credited to my account

    I purchased Fallout 4 in an Xbox One Bundle from the Microsoft store

    I have contacted customer service several times about this issue and my reference number is

    The code was apparently used by be on 12/15/2015, but when the Microsoft Tech team reviewed my account they saw that my account was not credited with the download of Fallout 3. Therefore, I am requesting a new Fallout 3 code.
