    I purchased Doom digitally on Xbox on April 10th and received a message on my xbox from Xbox April 15th with the doom 1 and doom 2 redeemable codes. When I opened the message it was blank and when I tried to reopen the message it disappearEd, and the codes
    were unable to be redeemed. l spoke to xbox one support about this issue and they advised me to post my issue here to get it resolved ([Mod Removed])

    Did not receive my DOOM I and DOOM II codes from preordering DOOM Digital Deluxe

    I still haven't received the DLC-codes for doom 1 and 2 that i was promised when i pre-ordered the doom digital deluxe version. I made the purchase on the 15th of april.

    Didn't receive Xbox one Quantum Break preordered PC , or Allen wake download codes

    I am having the same issue. I just spoke with support and they referred me to this forum. I preordered Quantum Break on Xbox one on April 4th. As of today, April 15th, I have not received any codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake American Nightmare, or Quantum
    Break for PC.

    Xbox support did not help with this issue and only sent me here.

    No, there is one Deluxe edition for both versions. You will get the same cosmetic preorder items in April but you must preorder it before the February 10th.

    Missing free games codes from Quantum break

    Hey there!

    When did you purchase/redeem the Quantum Break code? In order to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare, you would have needed to redeem the digital code before April 4th, 2016 (or April 10th in US, Canada, and UK) to
    be eligible. If the code was redeemed on your account after those dates, unfortunately you're not eligible to receive Quantum Break on Windows 10 and Alan Wake's American Nightmare codes.

    In regards to Alan Wake, did you purchase an Quantum Break Xbox One bundle, or did you purchase a digital code for Quantum Break? That will help us a bunch.
