    Purchased Doom back in 2010, now XBLMP prompts me to buy it over again


    So today I went to play Doom, which is a game I had bought sometime back in 2010. This is a ballpark estimate going off of my achievement history. So I ended up deleting it at some point over the years to make space on my hard drive (which doesn't really
    make sense because how big of a file could a game like Doom be?) with the understanding that I could redownload it at any point in the future for free. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Whereas usually the game would display a redownload option, it now
    displays the price of $5 to download it. I would like this matter to be addressed and any help would be immensely appreciated.

    Bought gold membership for a year and every time I go to play live it tells me I need to purchase a

    Ark:survival evolved asking me to buy even though I brought it in game preview

    I purchased ark survival evolved on the game preview program and now when I go to play it’s telling me I need to buy it again which isn’t what should happen brought this back in may 2016 yet now it’s released its asking me to buy it again

    There are two places you can find your previous purchase. Either your download history by going to Settings/Account/Download History or purchase history by going to Settings/Account/Purchase History. You can also find your purchase history on www.xbox.com
    after you are logged in by clicking on My Account/Manage Devices/Xbox 360 Purchase History and start the download here and the next time you turn on your console it will start the download.

    Sometimes games are re-released and it requires you to access the original copy in order to re-download it without having to re-purchase it.

    There are two places you can find your previous purchase. Either your download history by going to Settings/Account/Download History or purchase history by going to Settings/Account/Purchase History. You can also find your purchase history on www.xbox.com
    after you are logged in by clicking on My Account/Manage Devices/Xbox 360 Purchase History and start the download here and the next time you turn on your console it will start the download.

    Sometimes games are re-released and it requires you to access the original copy in order to re-download it without having to re-purchase it.

    I'm an Independent Advisor. Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I will be responding to you in short period of time and I apologize for a delay in response.

    I'm sorry to hear you're having this issue. Can you please try to check if Minecraft PC Bundle is listed in your order history? Make sure to set the filter to "All Available". https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If it is listed in there, please do this:

    1. Press the Windows Logo Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then select OK.

    2. Once that is done, please try to logout your account in the Microsoft Store application and then log back in. Make sure you are using the same account in both Minecraft Launcher and Microsoft Store.

    If the issue will persist, I recommend downloading the Xbox app then login your Microsoft account in there. After logging in, try to launch Minecraft Launcher from there and if possible, try to uninstall your current Minecraft Launcher and then re-install it directly from the Xbox app.
