Purchased doc missing but I have proof I bought it?

Hello all, and ty for reading. On 05/20/2015, I purchased dlc for Tomb Raider. The first in the trilogy. I have my order number and receipt email, etc. It was the adventure pack. I am now trying to replay the trilogy and the dlc for the first game is missing.
No option in the store, can't search for it via xbox. But it shows up on my pc on the Xbox store, but not in my account. The same email and account I've had, and which I've bought everything going back years, and which I'm posting from now. Where is it and
how do I access it? And if it's not available anymore, how do I get my money back for the thing I bought they took away?

I'm very much willing to 've the one making the mistake, but I dont see it in any way, shape, or form, anywhere in anything I can do through the Xbox. To note, it's the SAME xbox I bought everything from to begin with. Ty

Most billing issues are resolved directly through Xbox support so contact them via phone or live chat through this link. Providing them with purchase date and or order number will help. Also make sure it was this account you purchased it on you may have
multiple accounts signed in on your PC.

If it was purchased digitally
via your Microsoft Account, you should be able to see it via Billing & Payments > Order History, and from there, you should be able to click the link to get to the store page for it, even if it's been de-listed, which sounds like it might have if you can't
find it via the store? If you own it, it should allow you to download it again there. On the store page when you're there, there should be an option to report the page, which you might want to do to bring it to the attention of the store administrators to
see if there is an error with it.

Sorry to hear it. Please try highlighting the game on your dashboard and press the Start button on the controller. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to see if the content is waiting to be installed there

You cannot request a refund on an item purchased from 2015

Listen to the first post. Support, payment and billing option is the only way to sort this things out.
