    Purchased DLCs


    I purchased the black ops 2 season pass yesterday but when I go to download the DLCs, they do not show up under ready to install or been able to install them in-game. I’ve come across recurring error messages. They state that premium content is blocked for my profile, and to change my privacy settings. I’ve done multiple checks if my account not being linked to a child account and several hours of restarting and refreshing my Xbox one S. Please help if you have any information regarding this!

    unfortunately no, DLC has to be purchased on each. only DLC purchased for a playanywhere title can be played via Xbox console and Xbox app. you would need to purchase the DLC for steam.

    Edit: I see I can purchase the Airports DLC via the Xbox Store. Will this DLC become available on the PC Cloud version of the remaster if I purchase it?

    Just so you know there are other issues I have with Microsoft, such as I am trying to do things on my PC and I get message "you must be logged in as administrator to do that", even though I am logged in, and there is no way to retype my password.

    Sorry you are having these issues. Please go to
    https://commerce.microsoft.com     and verify your billing information there (eg address) and make sure it us updated and correct. Also make sure it tallies with whatever is listed on
    https://account.live.com.

    Then try to make these purchases again.

    Yes, you simply find the entry on the marketplace and make the purchase. Whether you own the game yet doesn't matter, Microsoft will happily take your money.

    I'd advice waiting until you have the game though. If for no other reason than you could end up not getting the game for some reason and then you could be stuck with DLC you can't use.
